Welcome to Core1Care
Core1Care is a CQC registered service providing quality mental health care, recovery, and community support. We provide 24 hours supported living for adults with mental health problems, specialising in clients with challenging behaviours, learning disabilities, dual diagnosis, difficult to engage and offending backgrounds.
Our supported living services are tailored to offer a genuine friendly support, allowing residents to feel comfortable at home.

At Core1Care, we provide a unique supported living service, Our supported living model requires a person-centered approach on how support is delivered to individuals (REACH Standards).
Person Centred Care
Core1Care supported living services give people greater choices and control over how they live their lives, empowering them to achieve independence. We provide individually tailored support that is regularly reviewed and monitored. Together with our personalised care support clients will achieve their goals.
Community Inclusion
This is truly non-institutional approach enabling clients to live independently, have more choices and control of their own care pathway. Core1Care will encourage and support clients to integrate and try activities within the local community.
Our Staff
Our staff take time to get to know each client as an individual to understand their needs, interests, and goals. We provide the care and support which promotes each client wellbeing and independence.
24/7 Care Support
Our core support is available on each individual needs. This may range from few hours to 24 hours a day, including 1.1 support time. We provide help across a range of areas to enable individuals to lead more enriching and fulfilling lives. This includes Community inclusion, Domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.

We will be there to care and support for your personal needs, goals and to promote independence.
